My name is Brian Black; I am a Venezuelan-American writer and director looking to tell powerful and authentic stories while pushing the form. Based in New York and Miami, my work, whether narrative or commercial, is hyperfixated on understanding life through the craft and art of filmmaking. To me, that boils down to ultimately trying to constantly create something new and original in each and every project. For every new perspective that can be drawn through a lens is worth taking a look at.
